1. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery address, and the shipping method you choose.

  • Standard Shipping: 8-14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day

Note: Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping address.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.

  • Order Processing: Typically 1-2 business days
  • Order Fulfillment: We will send you an email/message once your order has shipped, including tracking information.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress through the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Times

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery times, please note that all delivery times are estimates. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, location, and any unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, holidays, or customs processing for international orders).

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery typically takes 8-14 business days.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

In the rare case that your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at ramanandaofficials@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and/or arranging a replacement.

To report a damaged order:

  • Keep the damaged packaging and items.
  • Take photos of the damaged items and packaging.
  • Email us the photos and your order number for assistance.

6. Order Modifications & Address Changes

Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or items. Please make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you.


7. Customs, Duties, & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping fees at checkout.
